Covid-19 Protocols

I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19.     The Washington Department of Health policy requires all LMTs in the state to adhere to specific hygiene protocols (WAC 246-830-500).   Currently I am requiring patients to wear masks through their session.   I have created longer times between appointments to allow for cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and have an air purifier running through the day.

There is a restroom available in the building. Please be aware that it is used by other occupants of the building and is not monitored for Covid safety measures.

 Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of its start time. Obviously life happens and things come up, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Cancellation/no show fees:
  • First no show/cancellation - no charge

  • Second no show/cancellation - $50.00

Due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 there is a little more flexibility for cancellations in cases of illness. There will be no fee for last minute cancellations but the more time I have to fill your appointment, the better. If you suspect you might have to cancel or reschedule, I appreciate having as much advanced notice as you can give me.

New Patients

For your safety and mine, I require all new patients to present ID and fill in a medical history and liability/intake form. This helps me get to know what your treatment goals are and any contraindications to treatment.

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Any client/patient that attempts to engage in sexual harassment, assault or any other inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and will be discharged as a client/patient permanently.
