Protocols and Information

If you are feeling unwell and have respiratory or immune symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat etc you will not be allowed to attend your appointment.  If you have been exposed to Covid 19 or any other communicable illness in the past 7 days please wear a mask for your treatment.  I have KN94 masks available on request.  Although masks are not required for clients, I wear a mask for all treatments and use air purifiers for increased air quality  in the treatment room. 

There is a restroom available in the building. If you need to use the restroom before your treatment let me know and I can bring you the key. Please be aware that it is used by other occupants of the building and is not monitored for Covid safety measures.

 Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of its start time. Obviously life happens and things come up, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellation/no show fees:
  • First no show/cancellation - no charge

  • Second no show/cancellation - $50.00.

  • Third and subsequent no show/cancellation will be charged the full fee.

There is a little more flexibility for cancellations in cases of illness. There will be no fee for last minute cancellations due to emergency or illness but the more time I have to fill your appointment, the better. If you suspect you might have to cancel or reschedule, I appreciate having as much advanced notice as you can give me.

New Patients

For your safety and mine, I require all new patients to present ID and fill in a medical history and liability/intake form. This helps me get to know what your treatment goals are and any contraindications to treatment.

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Any client/patient that attempts to engage in sexual harassment, assault or any other inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and will be discharged as a client/patient permanently.
